Installation and maintenance

A flat and stable base is required to install the hot tub.

Make sure there is at least 4 cm ventilation gap between the ground and the bottom edge of the tub.

Fill the tub with water before heating or cooling; never operate empty tub.

After use, especially in winter, we recommend draining water and pipes to prevent damage.

Regular maintenance and using a cover will extend the hot tub’s lifespan and ensure a comfortable experience.
